Sessions are crafted to address a specific injury or condition with the practice of yoga asana, breath techniques, and meditation practices. Conditions that can be treated with therapeutic yoga include chronic conditions such as back pain, insomnia, depression/anxiety, Alzheimer's, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and Parkinson’s. Therapeutic yoga also offers skillful techniques to heal from injury. Therapeutic yoga sessions are typically 60 minutes in length and are offered one on one so the student can provide feedback and ask questions. The teacher will also introduce sequences that can be practiced at home and teach modification to allow you to confidently attend group classes.
Looking to deepen your mastery of yoga? Build your yoga practice with the proper foundations. Private yoga gives you the individual attention, ability to ask questions and appropriate align corrections for your body type. Classes can be as vigorous or restorative as desired and preformed in the privacy of your own home.
